During the manufacturing process, BTM uses Hexagon Global CMM to measure steel mold components and electrodes to ensure the machining accuracy of every step. Meanwhile, all electrodes are reinspected once again by precise fixtures during the machining process.

After each mold trial, products must undergo measurement. For the most part, an automatic Imaging measuring machine is used, which significantly cuts down the time spent on product measurement.
